Bank ATM withdrawal charges reduced from N65 to N35 after the third withdrawal in a month by the Central Bank Of Nigeria. Also Card Maintenance Fee on all cards linked to current accounts was removed. Bank customers will now pay N10 for electronic transfers below N5,000, and N25 for electronic transfer between N5,000 and N50,000.
This reduction in withdrawal charges was announced by the Apex Bank on Sunday 22nd December.
