The Nigerian Content Development Monitoring Board, have agreed that the 650,000 barrels per day Dangote Petroleum Refinery project under construction, plans to assist the local content policy in Nigeria.
The Executive Secretary, believed that the implementation is already being done through the award of contracts to Nigerian contractors, thereby building local capacity.
